How to take your ACT to the next level!*

Ok, quiz time.

Quickly answer this question, and see you how your thinking compares to mine:
Alright, time's up. Compare.

CJ's line of thinking (I kid you not):
Thought #1: Durh! Obviously the "E." Gee, that was hard.
Thought #2: Wait! Actually, there are two possible answers - it could be USA or USE. Ha! What a dumb question.
Thought #3: ....aw frick. I'm an imbecile.
I hope you fared better than I, because as far as I'm concerned, there is no forest.

*The title refers to an incident a few years ago when, after a couple hours of ACT prep, my stepdad asked me, "And what does that spell?" It took me a good 30 seconds to figure it out. Seriously.

My question is, "what is the question?" You asked what does not belong? The answer is "s" because the rest are vowels. But you could also say "the circle with the dot", as the rest of the circles are blank. But if the question is what does this spell, then there are several possibilities, usa, use, sue to start with.

I think I have too much time on my hands

I see sue
and I see sea
but let's keep that
'tween you and me.

Johnny: I hadn't thought about the circles. Apparently, I should have continued to Thought #4 or something. But who knows how long that would have taken.

Sounds like a code

If you're looking at the symbols entirely artistically then you could say S, because it has no straight lines. Test questions are worded so crazily! :P
